SURCHARGE PERIOD for Festive Season Christmas and International new year period between December 25, 2007 to January 10, 2008 and Chinese New Year on February
7-9, 2008 to be added surcharge THB 250.- per room/night.
Songkarn Festival period between April 11 -19, 2008 to be added surcharge THB 300.- per room/night.
Short and Log weekend in normal season will be surcharged THB300.- per room/night.
Remark
The Above rates are net per room per night inclusive of breakfast.

Free of charge for a child 0-4 years old stay in the same room with parents (without extra bed).
Required ABF for child without extra bed for a child 4-12 years old stay in the same room with parents is 180 Baht. per night.
All rates & special privileges will be applied for all booking that confirm before check-in 7 days.
Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Request for early check-in or late check-out will be considered subgect to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
1. If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 7%
2.If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working day (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date : A card processing fee of 7% Plus one night room charge will be levied.
3. Non-refundable in case of late check-in, early check-out and no show guest.
